Eligibility

To enroll in this program, you must:

Possess a valid California driver license.
Have received an eligible traffic citation for a moving violation reportable under California Vehicle Code §1803.
Have authorization from your court to attend traffic school.
Not have completed traffic school for another citation within the prior 18 months (California Vehicle Code §1808.7).

Program Information

The course meets the curriculum and standards set in California Code of Regulations, Title 13, §345.40, and in the DMV's Outline of Required Topics and Standards (OL 613).

Course format: Self-paced instructional modules designed around DMV TVS standards.
Format: Online and self-paced; progress is saved automatically between sessions.
Modules: 12 instructional modules.
Final Examination: 25 multiple-choice questions. Passing score is 18 of 25 (72%).
Certificate: Official completion certificates and TVCC reporting will begin only after California DMV approval and TVCC access are complete.
